HOUSE RESOLUTION MOVES TO IMPLEMENT SHARIA LAW IN AMERICA BY CONDEMING FREE SPEECH and CONFLATING IT WITH VIOLENCE!
House Resolution 569 was brought to our attention by one of our readers yesterday, sponsored so far by 70+ Democrats and titled "Condemning violence, bigotry, and hateful rhetoric towards Muslims in the United States."
While violence should be condemned, the conflation with "bigotry and hateful rhetoric" is a direct violation of free speech rights under the First Amendment where offensive speech is as protected as unoffensive speech.
First Amendment- Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices. It guarantees freedom of expression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely. It also guarantees the right of citizens to assemble peaceably and to petition their government.
(The big problem here is THEY are trying to tell you Haria is a religion and it is not - it
is a POLITICAL IDOLOGY. Ask England what the 86 Sharia courts they have allowed has done them any good.)
There is no exception to the First Amendment for "bigotry" or "hateful rhetoric," and there never has been. In fact, in Brandenburg v. Ohio, the Supreme Court ruled that "government cannot punish inflammatory speech unless that speech is directed to inciting, and is likely to incite, imminent lawless action."
For the record, Clarence Brandenburg was a Ku Klux Klan leader.
The First Amendment protects even the most offensive speech as long as it is not used to incite violence or lawless action, which is why the hate group Westboro Baptist Church, the people that protest at funerals and hold signs saying "God hates fags," who basically manages to offend almost everyone... is allowed to do because free speech is protected and is a constitutional right.
By attempting to pass any bill in Congress which would limit the right of free speech, 70+ Democrats listed below are not defending the U.S. Constitution as they are sworn to do, but instead they are attempting to pass a part of Sharia Law in America, specifically their blasphemy law.

The Holy Land Foundation (HLF) was the largest Islamic charity in the United States. Headquartered in Richardson, Texas, it was originally known as Occupied Land Fund. In December 2001, the U.S. government designated HLF a terrorist organization, seized its assets, and closed the organization.
Five former leaders of a U.S.-based Muslim charity were convicted of funneling more than $12 million to the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas.
Guilty verdicts on all 108 counts against the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development were announced in federal court in Dallas, Texas, representing the largest victory against terrorist financing in the U.S. since the 9/11 attacks.
“For many years, the Holy Land Foundation used the guise of charity to raise and funnel millions of dollars to the infrastructure of the Hamas terror organization,” said Patrick Rowan, Assistant Attorney General for National Security. “This prosecution demonstrates our resolve to ensure that humanitarian relief efforts are not used as a mechanism to disguise and enable support for terrorist groups. The Project outlined the Muslim Brotherhood's 25 strategies, including the deception ofTaqiyya, to infiltrate and to eventually subjugate the rest of the world under Islam, under the "Religion of Peace" as follows (elements of particular intrigue are in boldface):

8. Cultivate an Islamist intellectual community, including the establishment of think-tanks and advocacy groups, and publishing "academic" studies, to legitimize Islamist positions and to chronicle the history of Islamist movements;
9. Develop a comprehensive 100-year plan to advance Islamist ideology throughout the world;
0. Balance international objectives with local flexibility;
11. Build extensive social networks of schools, hospitals and charitable organizations dedicated to Islamist ideals so that contact with the movement for Muslims in the West is constant;
12. Involve ideologically committed Muslims in democratically-elected institutions on all levels in the West, including government, NGOs, private organizations and labor unions;
13. Instrumentally use existing Western institutions until they can be converted and put into service of Islam;
14. Draft Islamic constitutions, laws and policies for eventual implementation;
15. Avoid conflict within the Islamist movements on all levels, including the development of processes for conflict resolution;
16. Institute alliances with Western "progressive" organizations that share similar goals;
17. Create autonomous "security forces" to protect Muslims in the West;
18. Inflame violence and keep Muslims living in the West "in a Jihad frame of mind";
19. Support Jihad movements across the Muslim world through preaching, propaganda, personnel, funding, and technical and operational support;
20. Make the Palestinian Issue a global wedge cause for Muslims;
21. Adopt the total liberation of Palestine from Israel and the creation of an Islamic state as a keystone in the plan for global Islamic domination;
22. Instigate a constant campaign to incite hatred by Muslims against Jews and reject any discussions of conciliation or coexistence with them;
23. Actively create Jihad terror cells within Palestine;
24. Link the terrorist activities in Palestine with the global terror movement;
25. Collect sufficient funds to indefinitely perpetuate and support Jihad around the world.
