By the use of this statement from the Declaration of Independence in no way is to give the impression that the editors of this website support a Convention of States/Con V since those efforts are not including the ideas and opinions of the majority of the American people. Those supporting a Convention of States have moved ahead to create "their" own idea of a "new" consitution for their own purposes. Our elected officials to date have not followed the Constitution to date so why would the people believe they would follow a new one?
