After being under husband abuse for years myself and learning of the actions of many of our Presidents and elected Politicians, I began to give thought to their wives. Were they afraid to speak out, did they choose to ignore what their husbands were doing,  was it like the Mafia wives - they just chose to keep quiet and enjoy the lifestyle or did they have their own thing going?
